M To-Pros oversaw several residential building
complexes, where the objective was to repair tenant
apartments. Work included carpentry, painting,
plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, electrical
fixtures, and managing site safety.
M To-Pros had a strong presence onsite ensuring all
submittals and RFIs were handled in a timely fashion.
Budget, schedule, safety compliance, and all GCrelated
issues were monitored diligently by M To-Pros
staff. In addition to daily site reports, M To-Pros
handled all communication between NYCHA and the
General Contractor and ensured issues were dealt
with in a timely fashion. Individual apartments were
thus able to be turned over on aggressive timelines,
often in as little as two weeks.
