Dohmh Family Health Suite – Brownsville, Brooklyn Gut Renovation Of 2nd Floor Dohmh Brownsville Clinic
M TO-PROS was engaged as the Construction
Manager to coordinate with all the team members
including Architect, contractor, H+H project
management team, special inspector, and DOHMH
personnel.
The project was a full gut renovation in an operating
DOHMH clinic, involving coordination with the
building as well as many levels of internal and
external oversight.
- M-TO-Pros reviewed construction documents and worked hand in hand with the contractor and architect to address site conditions and obstacles as they arose.
- Provided site supervision and communication to project team through site reports and recording of all project meeting minutes through the life of the project.
- Interfaced with DOHMH facilities to arrange work in an occupied building that supported project schedule while adhering to building requirements.
- Provided assistance to H+H for GC contract negotiations and tracking of change orders. Monitored contractor to ensure completion of work and satisfactory punch list completion and close out.
