Hhc – Labor And Delivery Simulation Labs - Lincoln Hospital And Harlem Hospital Gut Renovation And Rebuild Of Sim Labs Inside Active Hospitals
M TO-PROS was engaged as the Project Manager
to coordinate with all the team members including
contractor, H+H, outside vendors and building
personnel.
The project was to create a fully operational
simulation lab for Labor and Delivery OBGYN
teaching and training purposes inside two active
hospitals.
- M TO-Pros worked hand in hand with the contractor to address site conditions and obstacles as they arose.
- Provided site supervision and communication to project team through site reports and recording of all project meeting minutes through the life of the project.
- Coordinated Electrical and AV requirements with contractor, building personnel and outside vendors to ensure proper operation of specialized medical equipment in the space.
- Provided value engineering solutions to keep the project within the strict budget.
- Assisted in coordinating final inspections and permit closeouts.
- Assisted in risk mitigation associated with completion of the project during the Covid-19 pandemic.
