New Alternatives for Children (NAC)
M To-Pros is engaged as Project Manager for a Manhattan
office renovation spanning multiple floors for NAC. Our role is
to provide oversight and manage NAC’s direct vendors. In
addition, we are assisting with the coordination of Article 28
(DOH) and article 31 compliance. Other key duties include:
- Coordination with Landlord Team
- Procurement Process, including Design Team
- Schedule oversight and management
- Budget review and forecasting
- Compliance with article 28 and 31, to pass the proper surveys and other regulations and to meet all associated requirements.
