Confidential Client
M To-Pros is currently engaged as the GC / CM for a Gender
Neutral Locker Room renovation at the Manhattan office of a
confidential client. We have managed every phase of the
design process, including coordination with the design team,
bidding out the project to all subcontractors, interfacing with
the building as well as the project management team, and
management of the submittal process. This project is ongoing
with a construction start date of 7/15/2022.
M To-Pros is also managing alterations to the existing gym
including floor replacement – an added scope from the original
project.
