CUNY Staten Island Campus
M To-Pros is a bonded CM for a $2.5M project under Johnson
Controls for the CUNY Staten Island Campus. Work includes
providing access to existing FA equipment in several buildings,
carpentry, brick repair, patching and painting.
Specific techniques or unique methods employed to monitor
areas such as:
Construction costs – we have kept the project on budget and on
schedule by tracking daily work onsite and working hand-in-hand
with the GC on everything from procurement to invoice
forecasting.
Project Schedule – We work with the owner and GC to not only keep work on schedule, but coordinate it with all other trades so that work done in tandem is not disrupted. Construction quality – We conduct daily check-ins with site supers who provide sign-in sheets and progress reports.
