14,000 SF INTERIOR OFFICE RENOVATION PROJECT
M TO-PROS was engaged as a tenant representative and project
manager to complete a 14,000 SF build out of interior corporate
offices in Downtown Manhattan. M TO-Pros was engaged after the
construction documents were complete with a very aggressive
timeline.
- M TO-Pros reviewed the construction documents and worked hand in hand with the architects to complete several Requests for Information from the contractor in a timely manner.
- Closely monitored aggressive three-month construction schedule and ensure that Simcorp moved on time before their lease expired at their former location.
- Regularly communicated with the owner and design team to provide project updates, and control project costs and schedule.
- Directly sourced and managed specialty vendors to support the team for a full integration of high-end results.
