Mildred Tolentino

Founder and CEO

President & CEO of M To-Pros Development Inc. stands at the helm of a pioneering Minority and Women Owned project management company. With more than 20 years of experience in project and program management, design, and construction, she has been a dynamic leader in the construction industry with a "we can do it attitude". Her current responsibilities include leading the company operations and account management, and her record of accomplishment for delivering complex projects within a budget & schedule. Her diverse range of projects goes from the Not-for-profit sector to Commercial Interiors, Ground Ups, Retail, Residential, Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Education. Expert in baseline schedule development & resource allocation, financial planning, forecasting, and cost reductions strategies.

Her experience goes from leading a Project Management team and office operations, to Vice-President of project management services at one of the largest project management firms in the world. Previously in her career she worked overseeing major renovations, ground-up, new developments and new store openings for Bank of America and worked for a renowned architectural office designing and overseeing commercial projects in NYC.

Frank Forcino

Executive Project Director

As Executive Project Director, his responsibility is to manage the overall process of Interior construction.
