M To-Pros is a Minority and Women Owned Business, founded in 2015 by Mildred Tolentino, after her extensive career in architecture and project management working for some of the largest global Real Estate firms, she set out to create a company that embraced Diversity and Inclusion.

The mission of the company is to provide exceptional project management and expert construction management with a diverse workforce. M To-Pros' goal is to bring brilliant people together from diverse backgrounds.

Over the last eight years M To-Pros has provided opportunities to many women and minorities. Our most rewarding moments come from the vibrant diversity and culture of our company while maintaining a reputation of best in class. My perspective as a woman in the construction industry is that while women have indeed made significant strides, there are still challenges to address. Over the past two decades, we’ve seen meaningful progress, but the fact that women often need to work harder to gain recognition highlights the ongoing issue of gender inequality.

It's crucial for us to remain committed to pushing boundaries and demonstrating the value of increasing diversity within our field. As the industry evolves and more women take on leadership roles, we hope that recognition and respect will follow naturally. Opening doors for more women and professionals from diverse backgrounds is essential for driving this change forward.
