Revamped, Expanded and Built office spaces

M To-Pros acted as the construction management company to revamp Cerberus existing headquarters in NYC. The work consisted of a series of small to medium size projects that took place in different phases in an occupied space and were perform over long weekends and nights.

Some of the specific projects consisted on:

• Revamping the overall office spaces with new finishes.
• Built new offices
• Built new workstation areas
• Installed new audiovisual equipment in different areas of their offices.
• Rerouted all the low voltage cables for an specific project need.
• Repaired and made modifications to their existing office to accommodate client’s new program areas.
• Rebuild a new security office, wellness room, and pantry areas.
