5th Floor Interior Office Space Renovation Project

M To-Pros was engaged as the owner’s representative for the expansion of the 5th Floor for one of the biggest global streaming technology companies. We assisted with the on onboarding of all design and construction consultants, in coordination of the client’s stakeholders, and handled all necessary project control tasks. We managed the construction of the space from beginning to end to ensure schedule and budget were met for the project. Some of the major accomplishments for the project was to create a financial flow chart that was implemented across the board for other projects.

• We coordinate the Budget and Scheduling to ensure success accomplishing major milestones and astaying within the allocated budget.

• We review the project parameters to understand our client’s goals, deliverables, culture and approach.
• We worked on the Due Diligence and maximize the landlord’s work letter to our client’s advantage.
• We develop the preliminary schedule, budget and permitting approach.
• We built and drive the design team and integrated with partner teams.
• Created the procurement, bidding, pre purchase and permitting strategy for the project.
• Build out 5th Floor including coordination of all client’s partners and vendors.
• Coordinated the move in, and close out of the project.
