Gut renovation of 2nd floor for DOHMH Brownsville Clinic to convert it into clinic space and community space.

Construction Manager: Coordination with all the team members including architect, Contractor, H+H Project Management Team, Special Inspector, and DOHMH Personnel.

Construction Documents Review - Worked hand in hand with the contractor and architect to address site conditions.

Provided Site Supervision - Communication to project team through site reports and recording of all project meeting minutes throughout the project's life. Weekly meeting coordination

Interfaced with DOHMH facilities to arrange work in an occupied building that supported project schedule while adhering to building requirements.

Tracked and negotiated change orders on behalf of H&H and provided recommendations.

Monitored contractor to ensure completion of work and satisfactory punch list completion and close out.
