Renovated Google’s Gender Neutral Restroom, Locker Room & Gym

M To-Pros was engaged as the Construction Manager for a new Gender Neutral Locker Room build out at Google NYC Headquarters. We managed every phase of the design process, including coordination with the design team, bidding out the project to all subcontractors, interfacing with the building as well as the project management team, and management of the submittal process. The project enticed a very tight coordination with the building personnel to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.

M To-Pros also managed alterations to the existing gym including floor replacement, new equipment and painting.
