Various Projects including Contact Center and EES Emergency System Upgrade

Centralize Call center

Construction Management Lead for a 20,000 SF centralized call center for all 5 boroughs. This included daily site supervision, coordination of engineering and permits, daily reports, contractor oversight to ensure completion of the project.

EES Emergency System Upgrade. This project consists of a Type 1 upgrade to split normal and emergency power in multiple phases for the entire campus. Our role is coordinating and implementing the project managing all internal communications within the hospital, the engineering team, and overseeing the contractor executing it. This project entices a very well-coordinated effort as many areas of work are unforeseen or some areas may affect the patient’s area.
