PANYNJ - Newark

Provide construction management services on approximately 24 projects ranging from concessionaries, tenant improvement, geo-technical due diligence, infrastructure installation supervision.

M To-Pros is engaged by PANYNJ to provide construction management services at Newark Airport. The work entails providing site supervision of approximately 24 projects at a time which could be in different stages from pre-con to construction and advisory on contracts and document controls.

Our team oversees the execution of these projects from beginning to end and work side by side with PANYNJ, tenants and sub-contractors coordinating the construction work to ensure a smooth delivery of each project. We manage the budget, schedule, site safety plan oversight, and all the coordination necessary on airport work. Our team is adept to all the challenges of working in airports, dealing with high foot traffic and occupied spaces, phasing and site safety and required security clearances.
