14,000 SF Interior Office Renovation Project

M To-Pros was engaged as a Tenant Representative and Project Manager to complete a 14,000 SF build out of interior corporate offices in downtown Manhattan. M To-Pros was engaged after the construction documents were complete with a very aggressive timeline.

• M To-Pros reviewed the construction documents and worked hand in hand with the architects to complete several requests for information from the contractor in a timely manner.
• Closely monitored aggressive three-month construction schedule and ensure that Simcorp moved on time before their lease expired at their former location.
• Regularly communicated with the owner and design team to provide project updates, and control project costs and schedule.
• Directly sourced and managed specialty vendors to support the team for a full integration of high-end results.
• Worked in collaboration with code consultants, real estate legal counsel, and DOB specialist to ensure compliance with DOB.
