M To-Pros provided construction management services for some miscellaneous interior renovations at their headquarters. The work was done in an occupied office space that enticed a tight coordination. Our dedicated Project Manager was able to coordinate and manage all services required for project completion alongside non-union contractors to ensure quality finishes all while abiding to the building rules and regulations.

The scope of the work was to revamp the finishes of their existing offices, including painting walls and ceilings, new carpet, restructure of their storage rooms, remove any existing damaged ceiling tiles and install new ones, install new TV and AV equipment, provide new electrical outlets and data work as needed and plumbing work for the pantry area. In addition we renew their existing elevator vestibule with new finishes overall.
